Sadaqah
Sadaqah comes from the word Sadaq to be truthful. Sadaqah is derived from Sidq meaning that the person is giving charity to help the poor and needy confirming his true devotion and service to Allah. Sadaqah isn't restricted to giving a part of our wealth or material possessions or any special deed of morality. Islam considers all sensible deeds as sadaqah that increase our Iman.
ESSENCE OF SADAQAH

3. Sadaqah should be from halal (lawful) source:
